<lj:music>L'via L'viaquez- The Mars Volta</lj:music>

this week started out great with moe's trivia tuesday, we almost won. on thursday my dog got hit by a car. it was really sad, and i cried. he was so goofy and ugly but was the best dog i have had. i'm going to miss him. homecoming was pretty fun. i liked dinner and the after party at Beau's. next weekend i have another sailing regatta. i love sailing. me and andrew lee tore it up today skating old-school. we carved the concrete like there was no tomorrow. i'm to lazy to use capital letters. i'm getting an oldschool Tony Alva skateboard, it's rad. the GA game was intense.

R.I.P. <lj:music>Bane- Pot Committed</lj:music>

I basically just owned Bert in poker cause I was straight up POT COMMITTED! Which means your committed to your hand in poker, not weed, you big silly. I bought Bloc Party, which basically owns. Also I bought The Shins (priceless), the new Bane (which rules), the new Coldplay (also rules), Iron and Wine, and of course all three Mars Volta cds/eps which will dump on you and your moms chests. O YEAH, I HAVE A JOB AT MULLET BAY AND NO LIFE BECAUSE I WORK 40 HOURS A WEEK! But its a straight cash flow. I also got the At The Drive In anthology. I'm going to update until the cows come home. Me, Andrew, and Brian all spent the night at my cabin last night, all alone, and it was awesome. We played poker. I lost 5 dollars, but won 20 tonight. I have drank 5 Red Bulls tonight. Andrew Ruberti is fixing to teabag Brian, cause Brian crashed. I went to court with my ex-step mom. No parties got custody changes of my sister, but the judge told Becky that what she alleged of me and my brother was unfounded, because we had a lie detector test and many psychologists backing us up. So now if Becky spreads any more rumors or says anything else to my sister she will automatically lose Cierra and might face jail time. I'm so happy, because basically she has monopolized 5 years of my life, so maybe I can unwind now and become a kid again. Hit me up if you want to be a kid with me! I can't even really explain how great life is right now for me. The air is cleaner, food tastes better, the skies are brighter, and I have so much ahead of me. As much as I want to bring my ex-step mom down with words right now, I will not, because I am better than that and will rise above every negative thing she threw at me. On a lighter note, Andrew didn't teabag Brian, and Andrew and Andrew are playing acoustic guitar and singing AFI-Morning Star, it's nice. I made two hundred and sixteen dollars this week. I made all B's and one A, pretty mediocre. Listen Up! has gone on to a better place, but hey, reunion shows could possibly happen. I am a Junior now, time flies, it seems like yesterday when I was going to 1st grade.

Much Love,
Billy

This weekend rocked, well after I got home friday rocked. I had to take a lie dectector test for my crazy ex-step mom, those things are scary and they suck. I know I passed. I got the new Pig Destroyer. We played two shows this weekend. Whats better than a mini tour through brunswick? The show at Steven's house was incredible, and STYD rocks. Later.

This weekend was awesome. Finished recording, pretty sweet. Demos are 3 dollars. We played a show saturday, there were probably close 20 kids there, and Dan couldn't play. We played 7 songs, fucked up 1. We left the show and went to the fair. We hung out with some other kids and the girls. It was fun hanging out with Amanda. Spent the night at my moms. Today we hung out at my house, then Steven and Matthew came over... and all of us (me, Andrew, Bert, Jordy, Brian, Steven, and Matthew) went to Locos. Amanda and Jessica came over and we studied. My ex-step mom is being nice cause she knows shes screwed in court.

It was awesome, we had fun, Cierra had fun. We are going to blow my ex-step mom out of the water with this case. I'm starting to feel better. Got my CD's, I ended up ordering Death Threat- For God and Government, and Righteous Jams- Rage of Discipline. I like someone. SWEEEET! <lj:music>Faded- Still Crossed</lj:music>

Still Crossed broke up, that fucking sucks cause I never got to see them. This weekend and last weekend ruled. Last weekend we rode around all day, then we ate dinner at Locos with 12 people,(Me, Andrew, Bert, Brian, Steven, Dan, Ian, Jordy, Rush, David, Matthew, and Hank)... we played telephone and it was awesome. We then rode to the pier and Brian had a bass battle with another kid, Brian ruled. Then we all hung out at Bert's and watched movies until 4, and it was really fun having Goof back in town. I love that kid. We had band practice, and thats about it. This weekend we hung out at the pier and ate at Mullet Bay. We drew wieners on the table and put crayons in the ketchup. I skated a little and then I spent the night at Austin's. I woke up and went and cleaned my house, then I met up with Brian and Dan. We rode around, then we had a band practice. Dan is in Listen Up! now and we totally rock. Sunday we wrote a new song, that makes 3 new songs. I hung out with Brian and Amanda, and we went to Subway and had killer fun. We are recording this week, fingers crossed. I have to meet with another psychologist Wednesday, because of the shit with my ex-step mom. I'm sick of all this shit shes done to my family and I want it to end. Gotta stay positive and rise above this junk. I'm thankful for my friends, the little dudes and the big ones, I love you guys.

-Billy

I ordered:
Mental-Yo!
Righteous Jams-Rage of Discipline
Shark Attack- Discography

Fight Club, which is a lot better than the movie, and I finished it in 10 hours. I also bought Lullaby, and it is a really good book. We found another squirrel before we left.
I'm in homeroom, listening to some kid play 36 Mafia, and Eric Clapton. Last night sucked. The runt of the baby squirrels died. My mom was really sad because she tried all she could to get him healthy. My mom would feed him every two hours and monitor him all the time. He had a broken rib, and he was just too weak to eat. The other one is as strong as an ox and just opened his eyes. His name is Austin. I'm getting out of school to go to the Georgia game, box seats and free deserts. My rich step aunt probably blew 4 grand to get us our own private box, I'm grateful. We are recording this weekend, and we already have a few new songs. Bell rang.

Sorry Brunswick, but last night's show was one of the worst shows put on. I see why they called it the mallcore show, Pac Sun must have been empty. There were way too many fights, and way too much name calling. What are we, three?

Today was fun, went to charter... benched 130, uh oh watch out. I own the road with my learners permit.

-Billy

Today was wonderful. I came to school late cause my cousins kept me up all night. In spanish we had a sub, so I had a free period. After school I got my learners permit, and I have successfully driven to Winn-Dixie and back. Andrew and Beeran came over and we chilled all day. We went to DQ at 7:00 and on the way I took a pit stop in the road. We threw knives into pillars. We danced and "moshed it up", heh heh alright. We climbed walls. We messed with sleepy Beeran. We watched the ending of Sea Biscuit. We played addictive internet games. "O my fuck!" is the quote of the night.

-Billy

Today was super. Everyone at school gave me the birthday congrats. I love my friends and the party they put together for me. We chilled, watched home movies and ate cake... pretty sweet ehh? Tomorrow I'm getting my permit, watch out. right now I am up to $200, cash money. Just got back from Miyabi's (pardon my spelling) so I'm stuffed. My cousins are here so I don't think I'm going to school tomorrow. Peace.

-Billy

    <lj:music>Slapshot- Back on the Map</lj:music>

Wow, 6 days without an update. I blame this lapse on my crappy DSL connection. these past days have been harsh without the comfort of the internet.

Friday- Rode home with Jet, Jordy and Terry. Me, Jordy and Terry went to charter and then went to my house and hung out.

Saturday- We hung out all day, chilled at my moms, played some basketball and then went to a party. At the party we danced, sang and just hung out for a while, but that was interrupted due to my sketzo step mom and her plain incompetence to function normally. She always finds a way to fuck good nights up. Valentines Day went from being super to crap in about 5 minutes. At least Terry and Beeran spent the night and kept me company.

Sunday- Chilled, then I had to go finish my group video project for LA... that movie was awesome. After the movie I met up with Andrew, Beeran, Terry, Jordy and Ian. We all went to Jordy's and jammed, except for Ian cause he broke himself. I was naked in Jordy's Jacuzzi till like midnight.

Monday- We played basketball and soccer, had a blast.

Yesterday and today Mr. Edes taught our health class. Haha, he's so awesome. He gave me half of his heart for the third year in a row, and he even remembered my name.

-Billy

Alright! I made the advanced Lit class! In your face.

At 12:07 AM I will be 15.
